GOAT Automotive provides high-end mobile auto detailing and related vehicle care services throughout the Las Vegas area. By scheduling a service, visiting our website, or communicating with us via text, phone, email, or social media, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

2. Service Appointments

All appointments are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. You may schedule services through our website or directly with a team member. Please ensure that your vehicle is accessible and ready for detailing at the scheduled time.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, unsafe working conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Payments

We accept payments both online and in person. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods include debit/credit cards, electronic transfers, and approved payment apps.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
There is no cancellation fee at this time; however, consistent cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.

5. Mobile Service Requirements

Our team is fully mobile and self-sufficient. We do not require access to client power or water. The client must provide a safe, accessible space to perform the service (garage or shaded area preferred).

6. SMS & Electronic Communication Consent

By submitting your information, scheduling a service, or contacting GOAT Automotive, you consent to receive text messages, emails, and calls related to your booking, service updates, and occasional promotional offers.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or following the unsubscribe instructions in any email.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party companies for marketing purposes.

7. Liability & Vehicle Condition

Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage or issues with their vehicle prior to service. GOAT Automotive will take every precaution to ensure vehicle safety but is not liable for pre-existing conditions or wear.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters. We collect only the information necessary to process bookings, perform services, and communicate with you. All information is securely stored and used only by Alcorn Holdings LLC for internal purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
