Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At GOAT Automotive, we value your time and take pride in providing high-end service and punctuality. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we require the following: Card on File Required A valid card is required to be placed on file when scheduling your appointment. You will not be charged at the time of booking—this is simply to secure your spot and confirm your commitment. 24-Hour Cancellation / No-Show Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 25% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will also incur a 25% charge. This policy helps us respect the time of our team and clients waiting for availability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide the highest level of service in Las Vegas.
